Hello, my name is Debra Maxey and I am a Producing Branch Manager With American Financial Network, Inc. I have been here over 6 years and have 34 years experience in the manufactured housing, real estate and Mortgage industry. I started out in the manufactured home industry in 1989, holding positions from processing to business finance manager. From there I moved to the mortgage side of the real estate industry. After years of working as a processor, I became licensed as a loan officer in multiple states, and then moved on to be a producing branch manager. I have experience in FHA, VA, USDA, CONV, Jumbo and many other financing programs. I have several down payment assistance programs available. I am also able to assist in credit score building. With 34 years experience I have helped thousands of people purchase homes.
